Since the cookies are filled what about putting "surprise" or "filled" in the name? Plus, they are kind of chewy so I'd like to use that descriptive word in the name.
I think Chewy Choco-mel-nut is a good description and name. Let them be surprised by what's inside. And, in case they don't like macadamia nuts, they could use another nut and still have the same name.

Chewbaccamel's! we have been watching star wars all week! I think that is a cookie that Chewy could really bite into! I can see the commercial now, and hear Chewy roaring in the falcon that Han and Luke ate all his favorite cookies! But seriously, those look damn good!

By the last remark, I mean the people who ask for recipe after you win the $100,000 can change the kind of nut, if they wish.
How about "surprising- good- kick a**-cookies?"
