The hyphens definitely make the name easier. So far I like the "nut" name better too. I'll keep pondering the name...I SO want some of those cookies. I AM A COOKIE-A-HOLIC. I truly would have to do an AA thing if they had one for cookie lovers...or is that just overeaters anonymous?

That does make it easy, but it still doesn't roll off the tongue. (Like Chugwumps) How about Carolate-nut.
