Anyone know what I can do with squishy bananas??? I usually do banana bread but am kind of sick of that. I was thinking of a banana fight with Andy but then thought of all the hungry people around the world and decided I should do something edible. I am SO green!!

I like to use my bananas that are a little too ripe to eat but not quite ripe enough to make banana bread to freeze and use later in fruit smoothies.
Homemade ice cream.
My parents have a yummy banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe that is my personal favorite. If you are interested, I can e-mail it too you.
Hey Natalie, that sounds great! If you'd email that recipe I'd appreciate it! Thanks. krandy@gmail.com
I have a recipe for cookies you use ripe bananas for! They are chocolate chip and you can't even taste the banana. With a powdered sugar frosting. Let me know if you want the recipe!
I am so NOT green. I would throw them in the garbage. Except now I am feeling guilty about the whole starving people around the world comment......sorry no advice for you. I'm not much of a baker.
kris--i want every recipe people send you!!!! my boys will eat bananas for a while, then just stop. so I am left with lots of bananas and I have plenty for smoothies.

cam should be in bed, but isn't---he wants to say, "thanks for letting me go swimming at your pool,,,,thank you"
The banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are good. (Though my kids insist I can't make them as well as Grandma.)
