Dinner


This is all I had for dinner the other night.
A nice heirloom tomato.
Covered in amazing, fresh mozz straight from Staten Island, NY.
Topped with fresh basil from my garden.
Can't forget the salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar as well.
It was heaven.

Oh that looks so good. Especially the balsamic vinegar. I might have to go to Il Fornaio to get a good caprese salad. Yum!
