I've got a touch of a cold and was feeling pretty crappy yesterday afternoon. Andy was home watching the kids so I took a shower and crawled into bed.
Samantha was very concerned and only wanted to take care of me. As you can see in the picture, she brought me her Hello Kitty blanket, a panda bear, a book, and 2 get well notes. She kept coming in and rubbing my face asking if I was feeling okay. Then she would wander around the bed smoothing the sheets and organizing my goodies. She brought me food and took away the empty plates as well.

So cute! And how nice to get some get well cards too.
Andrew will get me a blanket, pillow, sing the goodnight song to me and give me a goodnight kiss. They just get it. I think they remember when they get taken care of.

Kaia's going through a cute phase, too. I was pretty crabby today because all 3 kids took turns waking up in the middle of the night last night. So when I put my head in my hands in frustration this afternoon, Kaia asked, "What's wrong, Mommy?" I told her I didn't like being so crabby because I was tired. She said, "It's okay! Just take a nap, Mommy!" And she and Asher stayed busy coloring while I caught a quick nap - a miracle!
Little girls just have that in them I swear! I love love the new house and am a little jealous! Im just anxious for ours to be done! Hope u feel better tommorrow!
