I had to read that 3 times to actually understand the drivel...LoL
The writer must have been paid by the word, because he could have said the same thing much simpler and using a whole lot less words and syllables...oh well, is why they pay you Master's guys the big bucks!
Yah,,,that author just likes to see how long he can make a sentence that just needed 1/3 of the words.
I wouldn't want to have a face to face conversation with the guy!!
