The pictures look great! Aliens must have abducted my niece and nephew tho-LoL...wasn't a toy to be found...makes me kind of afraid to imagine their closets bursting open! Busy, busy Kristi..mom,wife,cookie entrepeneur and now real estate promotions!
I don't think you could buy a studio condo in compton for that price.
Good Luck! Wish I knew someone moving to UT...your house sure looks cute. Enjoy the "showings". So NOT fun with little kids around. A friend told me about the "three laundry basket" rule. Have you heard about it? It saved my life! Keep two or three empty laundry baskets around and anytime you have a showing throw everything that is out of place in the baskets and throw the baskets in the car with you and the kids. Hope you are able to sell it!
