While I was posting on quiona......

While I was writing that last post, my very adorable and very monster-like son and his sister were in the kitchen having a snack of strawberry yogurt. Unbeknownst to me Alex was dipping his spoon in the yogurt and flinging it across the kitchen. Not the spoon, oh no, he realized that would be too much noise. But the yogurt, yes, that flings nice and quiet!!! It was the perfect plan until of course his sister snitched on him. It was a bit of a mess that I was lucky enough to clean up while Alex had his nose in the corner and Samantha sat there very disapproving thinking to herself "I would never do such a thing! No, my stint of rubbing vaseline all over my brother and dolls was not NEAR this bad!".
Only 4 more weeks until I get a 5 day break in New York. I'm going to make a construction paper chain to count the days. THIS is my Christmas!

Uhhh, yah...is it too late to opt out on that whole you going me watching the kids thing???
Psych!! Ha ha April Fool's 1 day early. So definitely on my list, No Strawberry Yogurt while unattended! Julie's laying on her bed laughing, so we can see how much help she would be in this instance.
Unless I have my dates skewed you better shorten your paper chain, I think it's only 18 days before Kristi's personal Christmas since I have you on my calendar for April 18th.

Yeah, you've got it right Cathy. So sad that one woman's Christmas is going to be one woman's HELL! Actually, they're better now than October but the key is naps. Which we're fighting with right now! They're staying in bed until they nap, even if that takes us right up to bed time. I'm not loosing this one kiddies!

Ha - you should totally do it. Make the chain! I think those are great fun. And, I'm sure it wasn't too funny at the time but I have to give Alex props for figuring out how to have a little yogurt-flinging fun without you knowing. He's a thinker!
